Acceptable Use Policy

Use Model Motion Studio for lawful, authorized 3D-model, CAD, and product-video work without harming others or the platform.Effective July 25, 2026

1. Content rights

Upload only 3D models, CAD files, branding, photographs, logos, backgrounds, and other material that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, or support:

  • Illegal products, transactions, instructions, or activity.
  • Fraud, counterfeiting, impersonation, or deceptive affiliation.
  • Knowingly false or materially misleading product claims.
  • Malware, malicious code, credential theft, or security attacks.
  • Harassment, threats, exploitation, hateful conduct, or unlawful discrimination.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors or any content that endangers a child.
  • Content that violates applicable advertising, labeling, marketplace, consumer-protection, export-control, or sanctions laws.

3. Platform integrity

You may not:

  • Bypass download, plan, seat, access, or security restrictions.
  • Share credentials outside your subscribed organization or create multiple Free accounts to evade limits.
  • Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use bots, scripts, unattended automation, or bulk-rendering systems without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide access to the Service itself except under a written agreement with Model Motion Studio.
  • Remove ownership notices or falsely imply that Model Motion Studio endorses a product, company, or claim.

4. Client and marketplace work

Agencies and product companies may create videos for their clients using authorized model files. You remain responsible for client approval, product claims, legal copy, warnings, trademarks, platform specifications, and the final published video. Model Motion Studio does not certify compliance with Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, Home Depot, or any other marketplace.

5. Creator reviews

Creator reviews must reflect a genuine experience and use only media the submitter owns or is authorized to publish. Reviews may not contain fabricated claims, undisclosed impersonation, confidential client work, personal information belonging to others, deceptive endorsements, or prohibited content. We may moderate, decline, unpublish, or remove any submission.

6. Enforcement

We may remove access to content, limit exports, suspend users, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the Service. We consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, and legal obligations.

7. Reporting concerns

Report suspected infringement, abuse, or security concerns to support@modelmotionstudio.com. Include enough detail to identify the account, content, or conduct at issue. Do not transmit passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
