1. Free access
The Free plan includes one user and five completed video downloads. No payment method is required to open a Free account. Unused free downloads do not have cash value and may not be transferred, pooled, resold, or combined across accounts.
2. Paid annual plans
Paid plans are sold as annual subscriptions based primarily on the number of authorized users. During an active paid term, authorized users receive unlimited video exports for ordinary internal and client-facing business use. Plan names, current prices, seat limits, and included features are displayed before checkout.
“Unlimited” does not include automated or scripted bulk rendering, resale of account access, exceeding seat limits, account sharing outside the subscribed organization, denial-of-service activity, or other abusive use.
3. Automatic annual renewal
Unless canceled before the renewal date, each paid subscription automatically renews for another one-year term and the payment method on file is charged the then-current annual subscription price, plus applicable taxes.
Before purchase, checkout will identify the selected plan, amount due, annual billing period, automatic-renewal feature, and cancellation method. By completing checkout, the purchaser expressly authorizes the initial charge and recurring annual renewal charges until canceled.
4. Prices, promotions, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. A promotional first-year price does not change the regular renewal price unless expressly stated. We may change future renewal pricing by providing advance notice as required by law. Taxes may be added based on billing information and applicable law.
5. Canceling renewal
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date through the billing-management link in your Model Motion Studio account or by emailing support@modelmotionstudio.com. Online subscribers will be provided an online cancellation method. We will not require a telephone call to cancel an online subscription.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid annual term. You keep paid access until that date and will not be charged for another annual term. Deleting users, ceasing use, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel renewal.
6. Upgrades, downgrades, and seats
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit displayed before confirmation. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal and may require reducing active users to the new plan’s seat limit. Only a company owner or authorized administrator may change a company subscription.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe or Model Motion Studio may retry the charge and notify the account owner. Access may be limited or suspended while payment remains past due. Paying an overdue balance may restore access. We will not charge a renewal after a completed cancellation becomes effective.
8. Confirmation and billing records
Stripe may provide receipts, invoices, renewal notices, payment-failure notices, and cancellation confirmations. Keep your billing email current and review messages from Model Motion Studio and Stripe. Customers can access available invoices and billing controls through the Stripe-hosted customer portal after payment processing is enabled.
9. Refunds
Subscription refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse an earlier charge.
